How to Become a Coach for Therapists
Juliet Austin, a former therapist now coach, assisted me in creating an addendum, to the original How to Become a Coach ebook, for therapists and counselors. The main modifications include:

How Does the Affiliate Program Work?
Each affiliate receives an affiliate link to place on their website or in an email, which directs the prospect via our tracking system to the sales page. Each time someone purchases a copy of the product via your special tracking code, you will be credited for the sale and receive 50% of the sale price.
The affiliate link uses cookies to track sales. The cookies are set to last for six months, as long as the purchaser does not remove the cookies from their computer system. If they do remove the cookies and find the product via another site, the second cookie would replace the original one and be credited for any sales.
The person who purchases the ebook is taken to a "members only" download site where they can instantly download the ebook. Our ecommerce/shopping cart system instantly sends the purchaser a follow-up email notifying them of the download URL and how to get support in case they have questions or need customer support. You don't have to deal with any of that.
It's really simple. You don't have to "sell" the product at all. You just let interested individuals know about the product(s). How do you do this? You simply place a link on your website that directs prospects to the sales letter. We've even designed an ebook cover that you can use. You can also choose to add a link to your email signature file or mention the link in your newsletter or ezine.
It's a win-win-win for all involved. Both you and I profit by earning passive income and prospective coaches profit by saving time and money in their research process.
Other Details of the Program You'll Want to Know About:
We have the right to accept or deny affiliate applications.
There are no set-up or monthly fees to become an affiliate.
Affiliates are paid quarterly by PayPal if their commissions total at least $50. If not, the total is carried through to the next quarter. If the total at the end of the year is under $50, the payment will be made in the first week of February.
The payment schedule is as follows:
- January to March: 1st week of May
- April to June: 1st week of August
- July to September: 1st week of November
- October to December: 1st week of February
Each affiliate can track sales 24/7 at the affiliate website using the username and password you receive when you join our affiliate program.
The products are copyright material and therefore you can not copy or modify the ebook (or any part of it) in any way. In addition you can not give it away for free or sell it.
Review copies of the ebook are available by request for affiliates accepted into the program.
There are no long-term obligations. You can leave the program at any time but you will be paid any money earned as per our regular payment schedule..

We could continue to sell the products by ourselves or we could work smart and create a team of affiliates to let prospective coaches know about this beneficial product AND help the affiliates earn a passive income in the process. It's an opportunity for both our companies to create more profit with little work.
Will this cost you potential coaching clients?
Not that we can see. Throughout the "How to Become a Coach" ebook, for example, it is repeatedly suggested that prospective coaches hire a coach to (1) support them through the research process and (2) experience what coaching is. Plus if they decide to become a coach, they'll need support in starting and building a thriving practice.
